To all #mitochondria enthusiasts out there: we just released mitoMouse, a metabolic model for mouse mitochondria. It is based on the well-known and detailed human MitoCore model, which we updated with latest knowledge on the CoQ crossroad; and translated to SBML3 and Jupyter for easy usage. mitoMouse has 390 genes and 445 metabolites involved in 560 unique reactions.
