@X31Andy This argument fails to account for a major issue - #extinction risk. Other crops can be grown on land far less biodiverse than #palmoil. Palm oil can only be grown on razed and destroyed tropical rainforest, where the highest number of animals and plants live. That's ONE THING. Another is that there is now #palmoil made from microbes, carbon dioxide, fungi and algae being generated and commercialised. This is made in a lab and requires ZERO DEFORESTATION to produce.
