Apply now to join the new cohort of Design Researchers in Residence with projects responding to the theme of ‘artificial’
Each resident is provided with a commissioning budget of £6,000 and a bursary of £11,400, as well as studio space at the museum and a programme of mentorship, training and seminars from experts both in and outside the Design Museum.
All applications must be sent to artificial@designmuseum.org before 9am (UK time) on Monday 23 September 2024.

Before it gets lost in hue and cry about shots fired at the Trump golf course, I urge you to attend to the news of Chief Justice John Roberts’ unusual and aggressive efforts to protect Donald Trump from criminal prosecution. @Gargron oh yes, I do too miss the physical process very much. I never experienced the adaptive choral/rising soundtrack natively (can't remember now what conditions had to be met,) but every time I think about it/hear it, I get immediately emotional remembering how purely/wholesomely exciting consumer technology was going to be.
...and later, guilty, because I absolutely got to live that genuinely democratizing/freely educating moment and was given *so* much more than I've put back in.
