@It's FOSS I am currently testing Cosmic 1.0.0.-beta on Arch. My gut feeling is that it could be (for me) the first and only alternative to Plasma for everyday work.
Unfortunately, window decorations for a number of third-party applications (especially all KDE applications, some of which I would really like to use under Cosmic) are not displayed. Windows without a title bar, no buttons to close or resize them, and no way to move them or drag them into a different format.
As long as this does not work, Cosmic is not usable for my daily work.
