Track day. Some intervals and speed work in the rain. At least it was cool, around 11 Β°C which is ideal for running. Initially wanted to do some recording of me running but I was afraid my phone get destroyed in the rain so called it off for today.
Tomorrow is Parkrun day, we'll see if I cab take nice photos...

Some days my legs refuse to come along. Today was one of those days. Heavy legs, bad mood, feeling like I'm dragging myself. But the rain was a nice touch, a bit cooler and air feeling fresh.
Anyway, cut my 11k planned easy to 8k and called it a day!

Far out! Β½ metre of rain in two days!
(damn near 300mm yesterday, 212mm today to 7:30pm, still raining though).
205mm of rain since midnight! Still pouring!
Definitely not going anywhere today.
Tree has fallen half across our driveway (can drive around it ok though).
The upstream creek crossing (first shot) is looking VERY angry.
The wider shot is not a bridge or a creek crossing, it's the main road out of my area.
