If you're spending time in a national park this summer and come across a rock cairn, some (maybe most?) park services encourage you to knock over and dismantle them.

The trailer for my new #StarTrek #podcast is out! ๐๐พ
It's called Before the Future Came, and we're examining the ideologies of Star Trek through its eps/films/etc. We're interested in how it portrays (and fails to) its postcapitalist utopian ideals. Us hosts are all socialists, abolitionists, and queer, so discussion should be meaty.
It's not a chronological podcast, and we summarize each work at the top so you don't have to watch alongside. All eps will be transcribed.
Before the Future Came
Melissa Avery-Weir, Gregory Avery-Weir, and Dr. Lucy Arnold look at the ideals of Star Trek as we voyage from one episode or film to the next, following a breadcrumb trail of motifs. Before the Future Came
Get a bunch of cyberpunk games in this latest bundle
Love the whole cyberpunk theme? Humble have put up the Cyberpunk Playground bundle. Here's what to expect for compatibility on Steam Deck and desktop Linux.Liam Dawe (GamingOnLinux)
I wonder if there's a more accurate term than "compatibility" that can be used when talking about games that need to run through something like Proton to work on Linux.
Feel like it cheapens the effort of developers that actually include native Linux support in their games.

Hello, I am new to this channel and the whole HPC domain. Can anyone help me with some names of HPC applications/software that are used in Material Science, especially but not strictly related to Mass spectrometry? I want to study the application level parameters these applications run on as a part of my upcoming research proposal to my advisor.
I found some names on the following website(hpc.nih.gov/apps/). But, it doesn't have any information on the application level parameters.
