I'm chasing sub 3 hours #Marathon within 1-2 years time. To my estimations I have about a 60% chance of achieving this goal.

"Huang said the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development had withdrawn the notice of funding opportunity, or NOFO, for the Continuum of Care program less than 90 minutes before a court hearing on both suits before District Court judge Mary S. McElroy in Rhode Island Monday.
