Ingredients

* 125g Butter
* 80g castor sugar
* 80g brown sugar
* 1 egg (large)
* 240g Self Raising Flour
* 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon dutch cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 150g whole shelled peanuts

Method

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, cinnamon and vanilla, whisk well.
Add flour. Mix until combined.
Add peanuts, mix in.

Place heaped teaspoon balls of dough on greased trays.

Press lightly with a fork.

Bake at 180ºC for 10-12mins or until brown.

Cool slightly on trays before moving to a wire rack.

Store, when completely cool, in an airtight container.

I know, I don't want to make it perfect—that would cripple the experience in browsers people actually use. But e.g., the top navigation on LPA is somehow invisible, which is something that should be easily fixable, and I have that milestone to make the Games list "Zola native" anyway.
