5g instant dried yeast (or 3g if you're doing a long ferment)
10-12g salt.
Combine, knead, rest. Form in to balls (I find this produces 4 thin bases of approx 10-12" diameter suitable for my small pizza oven, or two thicker bases for the indoor regular oven).

The clothes dryer stopped working, so I pulled it apart. Broken belly was the cause of the stoppage, but this idler pulley doesn’t look too great either, and the thumping we’d heard for a while was also explained (spring tensioner had let go).

But I'm questionning myself : Aren't you afraid of expanding too far away from the core functionnality of NC and by doing so having a too big technological debt to stay with the same quality?
From my pov, Social is a thing that I would not see in Nextcloud and seems like a burden you will have to keep up to date as the protocol and the functionnalities evolves.

From a conceptual side - we think it fits quite well. We have a status feature & a profile page. Both usefully integrated with Calendar, Talk, Files. Social extends them.
From a maintenance pov, yes, there needs to be interest, either from community or business. We think there will be, from both - with Musk-in-action on community side & internal social networking in businesses (think Yammer).
