I run mostly early mornings, because that's the only free time that I have. Here is my nutrition routine for various runs every week:
1. Easy runs: Mostly fasted, I only eat a small banana and about 500ml of water prior to session
2. Intervals/Tempo: Easy run + 250ml soluble carbs + 1 gel after the warm up (about 15-20 minutes in)
3. Long run: 1-2 hours before the workout, overnight oat or porridge. 500 ml water. 3-5 gels + 500ml water during the run.
What is your routine?
Interesting! I too prefer to run first thing and generally only have a cup of tea. I mostly don't eat until lunchtime time anyway, so if I run later I probably haven't eaten for a couple of hours.
I haven't run for much more than 2 hours and don't fuel even then. I find it hard to eat and run, but I know as my runs get longer, that I will need to fuel. But practising is difficult.
How do you practice fueling?
@drdcarpenter
I have to eat after the run, I feel very hungry. Maybe not immediately, but within 30 minutes. Carbbbbbbbs😂
For longer runs I eat at least 1 hour before the run but typically 2 hours before. And I usually don't drink water within 1 hour from the run to avoid going to the bathroom during the run. During the run I take at least 30 grams of gels every 30-45 minutes depending on how fast I run. And a sip of water every 20 minutes or so.

I'm not sure what to expect to come out of this.
The only benefit I see is that it is now private and not beholden to shareholders.
Maybe finally this could lead to more Linux support. Simply having Gog Galaxy natively available on Linux would be a huge win in my opinion.

‘Almost collapsed’: behind the Korean film crisis and why K-pop isn’t immune
"South Korea’s entertainment dominance appears unshakeable. From BTS conquering global charts to Parasite sweeping the Oscars in 2020 and Korean dramas topping Netflix, Korean popular culture has never been more visible. Exports driven by the country’s arts hit a record $15.18bn (£11bn) in 2024, cementing the country’s reputation as a cultural superpower.
"But inside South Korea, the two industries that helped build the Korean Wave – cinema and K-pop – are now experiencing fundamental transformations, with their survival strategies potentially undermining the creative foundations of their success."
Thank you @Christoph S and Marie for passing on this link.

Then I started calculating hsync and vsync to get X11 to run on my svga display.
It felt surprisingly like home after eight years with 4.2BSD and 4.3.

Mental meltdown, in 1998, after being unable to configure X on RedHat, I resorted to some obscure tool which converted Debian packages to RPM, and used it to try to reinstall X on RH from converted deb packages.
Needless to say, a Very Bad Idea.
Butchered my RH install, spent 2 days trying to recover that, and finally installed SUSE.
Almost 30 years and countless distributions later (incl. hardcore-ish stuff), I still lack the courage to install or manage RH(EL).

Just to get dunked on over and over depending on the year it is, just to get one step further than the last attempt. Over 20 years of hearing and using it was part of that journey. I absolutely hated it. Had to uses it in College and work. Got more comfortable with it, until I could feel comfortable removing Windows entirely.
