Could not manage to do that yet and still work around by opening file manager and manually clicking on the drive.
fun fact number one: if you lose your internet and reconnect, outlook for web will appear to continue working, but will no longer receive incoming emails. this can be fixed by reloading the page
fun fact number two: outlook for web has a handy keyboard shortcut for replying to the email you're reading! it's ctrl+R.

Well that is a total nonsense statement.
They created their own proprietary implementation of Quote Posts, which is not compatible with any other AP instance outside the Mastodon bubble.
