in reply to yosh • • •Like, you have to realize that Wasmtime is like if a group of fuzzing fanatics decided to start a group project. It implements a formally verified instruction set. Heck, parts of wasmtime itself are formally verified.
However good you think your safety and correctness practices are, Wasmtime's are going to be better. This isn't just a toy either: it's a production-grade project used in tons of places.
If LLMs can find 11 new CVEs in *that* - yeah it's legit, and I don't think we're ready.

The people have spoken and voted against participatory practice and for more technocratic corporate capture.
