Once upon a time, in the Styrian Alps, I hiked up a mountain in the early morning darkness to photograph the sunrise. That was almost three years ago now, October 2019.

I've posted a few edits of this before, but this is the original that I haven't shown like this before. Unfortunately I don't have the RAW files anymore, so I can't edit it again by today's standards and technical possibilities.

The picture is a basically monochrome digital line drawing (?). The background is filled with many different shaped squares. Many of them are small and white. One layer higher, there a few much bigger / darker squares. In the foreground, we see a big black square which's rotated around 90 degree. It has complete round white eyes and looks completely neutral a bit (from your side) top right to the person who clings on them. The person itself looks with around the half of his head over the square. His visible fingers are around the tip white and fading more and more into black. The head of the person is a bit similar shaped like the square, even if it's not really a square. His visible nose is also sharp shaped. His eyes are also completely white and glowing. Finished! I mostly drew her w/o clothes to get a feel for her build/pattern colors, but it's also handy in that if she changes clothes later, I can just draw over the base.

She is a WIZARD. The blue stripe used to be colored the same as the rest of her stripes, but once she started practicing magic, they started changing color to match her focus (she wears her arcane focus around her neck, which is a locket made from scales that her parents left her. Her name is written inside). #mastoart #dnd
