My design of the public-domain proposed symbol of the Fediverse, which has, clockwise from the top : yellow, green, blue, purple, and red balls, each connected to each other with rainbow lines, forming a rainbow pentagon and star. This is an expanded version of the cover artwork of my new release out today of my same name. My version of the Fediverse symbol takes place on a faint purple-rainbow-y gradient background. Each ball has 5 of my anthropomorphic cartoon animal characters on them: Yellow ball: Velo, a deer with one antler, wearing a white bicycle helmet, yellow cycling jersey and black cycling pants. Green ball: Knockout, a smiling kangaroo punching the air with green boxing jersey and gloves. Blue ball: Brook, a smiling white Alaskan malamute wearing a grey helmet, blue snow goggles, blue vest, black pants, and blue snowboard. Purple ball: Cockburn (pronounced "co-burn"), a yellow bear with purple clothes listening to music on purple planet. Red ball: Catherine, a rocket scientist quokka with faint pink lab coat smiling at rockets she's launched.

Small, teardrop shaped island with five buildings of various sizes (possibly a house with barns and outbuildings) on the lower right side. The point of the drop has a little round pond, then a very small, nearly enclosed inlet. There are trees on the left, below the closed side of the inlet and a series of shrubs around the edges of the island. Spring is browned grass and leafless trees and shrubs. There is still a bit of ice on the surface of the pond and inlet.
Same as island but in summer. Looks like it is floating in the sky (which is a near mirror reflection of deep blue puffy clouds). The vegetation is all a bright and vibrant green. There are three, nearly hidden canoes laying keel up in the lower right. Slightly above that is a brand new L-shaped floating dock with a green fishing net spread across it, drying in the sun.
Fall is browning grass and the trees and shrubs are about halfway shifted to a crisp gold. There are three canoes in a row, keels up in the lower left, just below a newish looking L-shaped floating dock.

I don’t make public appearances any more because I now resemble nothing so much as an iguana. What I had to say to you, moreover, would not take long, to wit: Practice any art, music, singing, dancing, acting, drawing, painting, sculpting, poetry, fiction, essays, reportage, no matter how well or badly, not to get money and fame, but to experience becoming, to find out what’s inside you, to make your soul grow. Seriously! I mean starting right now, do art and do it for the rest of your lives. Draw a funny or nice picture of Ms. Lockwood, and give it to her. Dance home after school, and sing in the shower and on and on. Make a face in your mashed potatoes. Pretend you’re Count Dracula. Here’s an assignment for tonight, and I hope Ms. Lockwood will flunk you if you don’t do it: Write a six line poem, about anything, but rhymed. No fair tennis without a net. Make it as good as you possibly can. But don’t tell anybody what you’re doing. Don’t show it or recite it to anybody, not even your girlfriend or parents or whatever, or Ms. Lockwood. OK? Tear it up into teeny-weeny pieces, and discard them into widely separated trash recepticals. You will find that you have already been gloriously rewarded for your poem.
