The word “invasivore” is a portmanteau combining “invasive Species” with the Latin root “devorare” meaning to swallow (as in "herbivore" or “carnivore”). Thus, #invasivore = one who eats invasive species, those organisms that have been introduced around the world and cause massive environmental and economic damages.

I’m a creative individual from Germany, trying to use technology to my advantage and learning something new with each new thing I do. You might have seen me ramble about very old, or not yet existing blender features before.

Occasionally i set up a non-intrusive patch and leave it on for hours, just the interplay of irregular loops / clock pulses / lfo timing, moving and modulating sequences and timbre, disturbing the master tempo. Taken in total it moves glacially between states of similar shape, the occasional happy accident arising from the patch or from an outside event that happened to get the soundtrack. Too ephemeral to record, pointing to qualities of music i can’t define. Tonal scaffolding.

Hi, I'm Michelle and I got into #GameDev a couple of years ago in my mid-thirties after a lifetime of wondering how games actually worked. Turns out, it's complicated!
So far I've done the obligatory too-soon dive into a "dream game" that failed almost immediately due to lack of skill, and then dialled it back a bit to work on a few game jams instead.
